Matz named home-loan consultant

Randy Matz recently was named a home-loan consultant for the Bellingham office of Countrywide Home Loans.
Matz has been a residential loan officer for two years and has more than 15 years of business experience. He is qualified to assist clients with a full range of residential loans, including purchases, refinances, new construction and home equity lines of credit.
Countrywide's Bellingham office also added an in-house loan processor, reducing the time needed for loan applications to close.
