Joseph Copeland has been named president of the CHEMICAL DIVISION Of THE GOODYEAR TIRE & RUBBER Co. Jonathan Rich has been named president of GOODYEAR'S NORTH AMERICAN TIRE unit. Rich who was head of the GOODYEAR CHEMICAL division, takes over from John Polhemus, who has retired after 33 years with the company.
Also at Goodyear, Peter Christoffersen has joined as general manager. Commercial Tire Systems.
