Wenatchee Business Journal, February, 2005 by Boone, Rolf
The Wenatchee City Council voted unanimously in January to approve a new city ordinance that sets participation terms for companies wanting to sell cable TV service to customers across the Chelan County Public Utility District's fiber-optic network.

"At this point we don't feel it's level, and we will exercise our rights in 9.03," said Petra Redchuk at the Jan. 27 city council meeting.
