Aaron Simon, PHR, who grew up in East Wenatchee, graduated from Wenatchee Valley College and Central Washington University with a bachelor's degree in business administration, has been named vice president at Hagel & Company, Tacoma.
He will manage the software implementation and training department that works with more than 200 local and regional organizations including the North Central Regional Library, the Washington State Apple Commission and Weinstein Beverage in Wenatchee.
Simon has five years' experience in implementation, training, data conversion, system integration and ongoing consulting with Human Resource Management Systems and Employee Self-Service web based software systems.
