Communication. It's everywhere. We are surrounded by many forms of communication everyday. However, besides in a scholastic setting, when do we really ever take the time to think about what differentiates good communication from bad?

If we do not consider the differences of each, we can lead ourselves into communication pitfalls. Without effective communication, one small misunderstanding can lead to a huge problem.

For example, last weekend I went boating with my sister and some friends. At first we thought this would be a fun day, but by the end of it we realized that a lot can go wrong when there is a lack of good communication.
