The Quadrant Corp. has signed leases with Premera Blue Gross and State Farm Insurance Co. for offices in Building B of its I-5 Corporate Park in south Everett, and has started lease negotiations with a third company.

Premera Blue Cross signed a five year lease for 19,568-square-feet of office space on the second floor of Quadrant's three-story building. Premera spokeswoman Clara Kinner said membership with Premera was growing and more administration space was needed for the growth.
