Everett Business Journal, February, 2002
Wilder Construction recently won a contract worth just under $15 million from the City of Tukwila.
Wilder will begin work on the South 180th Street grade separation project on March 1. The project is one of several FAST corridor projects intended to quicken the freight time between Everett and Tacoma.
Wilder will be excavating an underpass beneath existing railroad tracks and will build bridges to make way for additional railroad tracks in the area.
Construction is expected to last 15 months and the road will be closed at the point of construction. Rail movement will not be disrupted.
Wilder was also the general contractor for the Everett Station opening this month.
