Millennium Cell Inc. (Nasdaq:MCEL), a leading technology company in the design and development of systems for the safe use of hydrogen fuel in energy applications, and Aperion Energy Systems, an integrator of complete fuel cell systems, have signed a formal development agreement to integrate Millennium Cell's Hydrogen on Demand(TM) fuel technology into the fuel cell systems manufactured and marketed by Aperion.
