Occam Networks' Dov Zimring appointed DSL Forum consul.(BUSINESS)

Occam Networks Inc., a supplier of Ethernet and IP-based loop carrier equipment to telecommunications companies, announced that the DSL Forum has named Dov Zimring, director of strategic technology and solutions, a DSL Forum consul. The DSL Forum is a consortium of approximately 200 broadband industry players covering telecommunications, equipment, computing, networking, and service provider companies.
As a DSL Forum consul, Zimring is a member of the DSL Forum Ambassador Working Group, which promotes the DSL Forum and provides education on DSL technology and systems to the communications, information, and entertainment industries as well as other interested parties.
