U.S. Mills recently expanded its Uncle Sam Cereal brand with the introduction of Uncle Sam Cereal Bars in two flavors: Oatmeal Raisin and Apple Berry. The cereal bars contain the same whole-grain wheat flakes and flaxseed as Uncle Sam Cereal. The Oatmeal Raisin has the flavor of natural oats, raisins and spices, while the Apple Berry bar has natural blueberries, cranberries, raspberries and apples. The bars also contain 6.25 grams of soy protein, omega-3 fatty acids from flaxseed and are low in fat and contain no trans fat.
