Dairy protein headlines two IFT symposia.(MARKETPLACE BRIEFS)(International Food Technologists)(Brief article)

In July, Dairy Management Inc. will host two symposia at the International Food Technologists 2007 Annual Meeting and Food Expo, exploring the functional and nutritional benefits of dairy and dairy-based products. The Expo is being held at McCormick Place in Chicago, July 28 to Aug. 1. The first session, entitled "Macronutrient Approaches to Weight Management and Reducing Risk of Metabolic Syndrome: The Emerging Role of Dairy and Dairy Protein," will be held on Monday, July 30, at 2 p.m.
