Many MACPA members contribute considerable time and talent to worthy community causes. While they don't do it to gain any special recognition, the MACPA acknowledges these outstanding members through its Public Service Award. Plus, this year, the AICPA will also grant a national Public Service Award to an individual and to a firm. This is the first time the AICPA will present a firm Public Service Award.
This is an excellent year to nominate a deserving colleague, as the MACPA recipient will also vie for the national award. Individual members of the AICPA or the MACPA may submit eligible candidates.
