GSA intends to issue solicitation number GS-04P-03-RXC-0054 to provide full management and building operation for the IRS Service Center in Chamblee, GA. This is a small business set-aside. Services include mechanical maintenance, Janitorial services, snow removal, and landscape and grounds maintenance.

The price range is $1 million to $1.5 million per year. The solicitation will be issued around June 1.
