The Army plans to release an RFP for its $20 billion IT Enterprise Solutions-2 Services (ITES-2S) contract by the end of March, Government Computer News reported. Four awards will be full and open; four will be reserved for small businesses.
ITES-2S will be a nine-year, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for technology products and services.
