Debarment sought for contractor.

The Air Force Materiel Command has recommended that body-armor manufacturer Pinnacle Armor Inc. be debarred from federal contracting, Congress Daily reported.
The Air Force said Pinnacle falsely claimed that its Dragon Skin flexible armor had received a high-level certification from the National Institute of Justice.
A Pinnacle spokesman told Congress Daily the company had done nothing wrong.
Pinnacle has been involved in a long-running dispute with the military services over its product.
