Mindspeed Technologies, the Internet infrastructure business of Conexant Systems Inc., announced that Huawei Technologies has selected Mindspeed's AnyPort Multi-Service Access Processor technology for its next-generation Quidway A8010 Carrier-Class Multi-Service Access Switch.
Mindspeed's solution will enable Huawei to support the rapidly growing voice-over-packet (VoP) and remote access server (RAS) markets with a single versatile solution that significantly reduces time-to-market while improving performance through lower system-processing overhead.
