Sentient Group Inc. signs exclusive agreement to provide managed and professional services to Tri-Valley Data Center customers. (IDC and Web Hosting).

Sentient Group Inc. (www.sentientgroupinc.com), a provider of managed and professional services, and Tri-Valley Data Center (TVDC) announced that they have reached an agreement to provide TVDC customers with Sentient's managed monitoring and security offerings. TVDC, which provides enterprise class, internet-based infrastructure, will incorporate the Sentient managed and professional offerings as part of its portfolio. The Sentien/TVDC agreement is an important component of Sentient's strategy to deliver its solutions through Independent Data Centers (IDCs).
Under the agreement, Sentient will offer TVDC customers managed infrastructure services, which provides real-time site monitoring, management, intrusion detection, and timely intrusion response options....
