Oi implements CSG Systems billing solution for new PCS mobile services. (Brazil).

CSG Systems, a global provider of customer care and billing solutions, announced that Oi, the mobile subsidiary of Telemar, the largest telecommunications company in Brazil, has implemented the CSG Kenan/BP billing platform for its recently launched mobile services.

Oi, which means "hi" in Portuguese, is the first operator in Brazil to use GSM technology running on a GPRS network. The company expects to reach 500,000 customers in its first year of operations and 10 million mobile subscribers by 2010.
