Global operations support systems (OSS) provider Intec Telecom Systems has won the mediation software contract for Vivo, a joint venture between Telefonica Moviles and Portugal Telecom. Vivo will use Intec's mobile mediation solution to consolidate six different companies throughout Brazil into one data collection center. The contract includes Intec's Inter-mediatE(TM) convergent mobile mediation platform with Duplicate and Correlation Manager, as well as Inter-mediatE Reporting.
