Telmex acquires Enlace Spanish yellow page directory publisher.(MEXICO)(Telefonos de Mexico S.A. de C.V.)(Blue Equity LLC)(Brief article)

Blue Equity LLC and Telefonica de Mexico SA de C.V. announced that Telmex has gained 80 percent interest over Blue Equity LLC's affiliate, Enlace. Telmex will rebrand the directories with the Seccion Amarilla logo. This brand has over 10 years' experience in the directory business and has over 135 directories published.
Enlace is the largest Spanish yellow page directory published in the US, with over 32 directories published in 18 states. Blue Equity will retain a stake in the new firm and would operate with the US division of the directory business, along with Telmex. Blue Equity LLC is based in Louisville, Kentucky, and forms partnerships with management teams and leverages its specialization to strengthen its value. Telmex offers telecommunications services...
