Verso wins WiMAX deployment in Latin America.(DOMINICAN REPUBLIC)

Verso Technologies, a provider of nextgeneration network solutions, announced that ONEMAX, a broadband wireless provider, has selected Verso's I-Master Solution for postpaid and prepaid converged IP billing services over mobile WiMAX in the Dominican Republic.
ONEMAX is the first commercial operator to offer Internet, multimedia, and VoIP services over mobile WiMAX in the Dominican Republic. It will use the I-Master Solution to authenticate and rate both voice and data services for its subscribers and to enhance distribution and market penetration. ONEMAX will be able to expand the market by providing new segments, notably prepaid, and easy access and payment system for the services.
