Japanese companies Dai Nippon Printing Co. Ltd. (DNP) and Altech ADS Co. Ltd., along with Pixel Magic Imaging, San Marcos, Texas, concluded an agreement on May 21 by which they will jointly acquire a controlling share in Pixel Magic Imaging. Pixel Magic is a provider of digital imaging solutions and photo kiosks.
DNP is the world's largest comprehensive printing company and Altech ADS Co. Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Altech engaged in the marketing of CD and DVD mastering facilities and peripheral equipment. With this investment, Pixel Magic solidified a strategic partnership with these two global suppliers.
