Noritsu America Corp., Buena Park, Calif., named Richard Hougland vice president of Sales, Photo Specialty, Professional and New Markets. He joined Noritsu in 2001 and has served as a Business Development manager and as Strategic Sales manager. Hougland, who began his career at Kodak, served as general manager of a professional portrait and wedding photofinishing lab prior to joining Noritsu.
