News: BNY wins Kimberly Clark global mandate.(Bank of New York is named global custodian of Kimberly Clark's UK pension fund )

The Bank of New York (BNY) has been appointed by Kimberly Clark as global custodian to the firm's UK pension fund.

BNY will provide several services to the GBP365m fund, including investment accounting and global custody.

BNY was appointed after a competitive tendering process in which Watson Wyatt acted as consultant.

BNY is a market leader in UK pensions, servicing approximately a quarter of UK pensions assets.

The Bank of New York, founded in 1784 by Alexander Hamilton, has mmore than $77bn in total assets.
