David v Goliath

Folk wisdom would have it that the office of the pensions ombudsman can be a soft touch and that it is tough out there in the courts for the little man pitted against the Goliaths of this world. In today's case Andrew ('David') Walton takes on Sun Life Assurance of Canada (SLA) in the Court of Appeal. SLA is one of the North American life insurance Goliaths.
