People on the Move: Price is right for Bodie as PwC comes calling.

Pensions Week, April, 2007

PricewaterhouseCoopers has lured Nigel Bodie from Watson Wyatt to join its pensions consulting practice.

Bodie will work as part of his new employer's multi-disciplinary pension solutions team, which advises sponsoring employers, trustees, shareholders, private equity and lenders "on all aspects of complex pension challenges".

A pensions actuary and longevity specialist, Bodie is a member of the actuarial committee investigating the longevity experience of large company pension schemes and is widely recognised as a UK expert in the area.

He also sits on the current issues committee of the pensions board of the Institute of Actuaries. For two years he was also vice-president of the Pensions Management Institute.
