Mercer Human Resource Consulting has shored up its retirement business with the appointment of an actuary from rival Watson Wyatt.
Simon Hall joins as an associate and will be based in Mercer's Belfast office, working as an actuary in the consulting team.
Brian Ross, head of Mercer's Belfast retirement team, said: "Simon brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm and will be a valuable asset to the team. I am delighted to welcome him to Mercer."
"Simon has been appointed to meet the increased demand for actuarial services in Northern Ireland. The Mercer Belfast office has seen a rapid expansion of its actuarial capability and now employs more than 80 people."
