Bebb appointed investment manager at Citi Quilter.

Citi Quilter has appointed Torquil Bebb as an investment manager and vice-president at its London office, taking the number of London-based managers to 31.. Catherine Neilan

Mr Bebb will report to Stephen Vakil, managing director and head of London Investment Management. His appointment follows the recent appointment of Tim Healy as investment manager, and vice-president.

Mr Bebb, who joins the company from London & Capital Asset Management, where he was a senior portfolio manager, has more than 20 years' experience

Prior to this he worked for Carr Sheppards and ANZ National with private client investment management responsibilities.
