ISkipton finds shift to aggressive funds.

Adventurous Isa funds targeting emerging markets and resources are increasingly in demand, Skipton Financial Services has said.

The firm found a dramatic shift towards aggressive Isa funds through its fund supermarket in the 2007-08 tax year.

Four of the top five best selling UK retail funds were emerging markets or commodities vehicles. They were the GBP556m Gartmore China Opportunities, GBP1.8bn JP Morgan Natural Resources, GBP377m Allianz RCM Bric Stars and GBP255m Neptune Russia and Greater Russia funds.

Invesco Perpetual's GBP8.5bn High Income fund completed the top five as the supermarket's top-selling fund.
