Consumer prices rise in OECD countries.

Consumer prices in the OECD area rose by 3.4 per cent in the year to February 2008, including a 13.9 per cent rise in energy prices.. Oliver Good

Prices for food were up by 4.9 per cent over the year. Excluding food and energy, consumer prices rose by 2.0 per cent

The OECD covers 30 countries, all of which pledge commitment to democracy and market economics.
