Oracle Corporation has launched Smart (sales management and referral tracking), a new single platform solution for the UK financial services industry.
Smart, a customer relationship management (CRM) system, improves productivity by relieving the administrative burden from IFAs. It enables them to track client case histories from lead generation through to the conclusion of sales and can be integrated into existing Oracle systems.
The Smart framework can provide a complete end-to-end solution for the IFA, by integrating with Focus Solutions' goal:technology for the front office and Spektra's Origo messaging product, Spektra OTS, to provide an electronic interface with the product provider.
