UK's MoD Joins DoD in SDI [BM/C.sup.3] Project
The Strategic Defense Initiative Organization (SDIO) and the Ministry of Defence (MoD) for the UK have agreed to jointly fund a theatre missile defense and naval battlement [management/C.sup.3] demonstration and validation project.
The joint project will cost $26 M and will last about four and a half years. The cost will be shared, with the US providing 42 percent and the UK providing 58 percent of the funding.
