Domino's Pizza continues to provide a tasty treat for investors. Once again, it has beaten expectations. In response, analysts have upgraded their forecasts. They now believe Domino's will achieve adjusted pre-tax profits of GBP8.8m and EPS of 12.5p.

The key to the company's success lies in its fixed cost base and ongoing new store openings. This operational leverage led to an 18.8 per cent increase in system sales and an impressive 41.5 per cent rise in profits.
