SIRIUS FIN. SOLNS. (SIR).

Investors Chronicle, July, 2004

Sirius Financial Solutions produces software packages for insurance brokers and underwriters. Last year, licence revenues fell and the bill for unfunded research and development hit GBP1.75m, compared with an expected GBP750,000 in 2004. The company has implemented a new business model, though, with a target of breaking even before licence income.

So recurring, rather than perpetual, licences will be the main focus. In June, Sirius reported that it has been trading profitably in 2004.
