Turbo Genset parts selected for Boeing.

Investors Chronicle, August, 2005

Shares in Turbo Genset bounced nearly 30 per cent from an all-time low of 8.4p, after the power-generation specialist was selected by Cobham to supply motors for fuel pumps on Boeing's new 787 airliner, known as the 'Dreamliner'. The long-term contract could be worth as much as $20m, or around GBP600,000 a year, once the aircraft enters service in 2008.

Aerospace is a new market for Turbo, and the deal is a positive endorsement of the company's technical capabilities. This could mean further orders, but until they materialise, at 11p, the shares are fairly priced.
