For over 20 years, Gradient Lens Corporation has designed, engineered, and manufactured precision optical instruments. Our patented endoGRINS[R] gradient-index lenses are built into our exclusive line of Hawkeye[R] Rigid Precision Borescopes. This innovative optical design delivers excellent image quality, at one-third the price of comparable borescopes. We sell more industrial borescopes than any other manufacturer.

This year, we ate introducing some of the most innovative new products in our company's history. Several of them incorporate the latest video technology. For example, our Luxxor[R] Video System displays high-quality inspection images on a video monitor, of laptop of desktop computer. Those images can be saved, documented and e-mailed. Used in conjunction with our new Hawkeye Video Slide, repetitive visual inspection is fast, accurate, and greatly reduces muscle stress and tension. The Luxxor Video System can be used with any Hawkeye rigid or flexible borescope.

Our recent merger with the former FRS Omega, of Phelan, Calif., has significantly improved our strengths in flexible and video borescopes product offerings, and repair service. We have just introduced two, new, smaller diameter Hawkeye Pro Flexible borescopes that should significantly increase visual inspection applications for casting manufactures. Self-contained, fully portal)le Hawkeye Video Borescopes are also being introduced this year. These flexible, articulating scopes offer full VGA video image quality, and portable image and video capture. They are available in durable, flexible tungsten of stainless sheathing.

Also new this year is our Luxxor[R] Video Microscope, which easily converts from microscope to borescope allowing both external, and internal, visual inspection. The Luxxor[R] Video Microscope comes with Video ToolBox software allowing you to capture still and video images, save them to your computer, as well as measure, document, annotate and label.
