N.C. Commerce Department.(tax incentives for Greensboro Federal Express hub)(Brief Article)

GREENSBORO -- The $156 million in tax incentives for the proposed Federal Express hub in Greensboro are double what the N.C. Commerce Department estimated in 1998 to win approval of the project. FedEx plans to open the $300 million cargo-sorting hub in 2005.
