> Atlanta-based Georgia Gulf Corp. has announced the completion of its acquisition of Condea Vista's vinyl business for $270 million, effective November 12, 1999. The acquired plants include: the VCM plant in Lake Charles, La.; a 50% joint venture interest in a VCM plant also in Lake Charles; two vinyl resin plants in Aberdeen, Miss., and Oklahoma City, Okla.; and three vinyl compound plants in Aberdeen, Miss.; Jefferson, Ky.; and Mansfield, Mass.
