You'll then wander back into the Back Bay area of Boston, which features upscale shops and stately Victorian homes that look much as they did in the 19th century.
From fabulous architecture to fanciful artwork--from historic buildings to scull crews on the river, Boston has something for everyone! Tours will be led by knowledgeable tour guides, supplemented in some areas by site-specific guides who will give you a glimpse into the history and magnificence that is Boston! A refreshment and snack break will be provided along the route.
Tickets: $15 per person or $25 per couple

8:00 p.m.-10:00 p.m. Network, network, network and mingle with old friends and new at this ANTEC 2005 kick-off event. A cash bar will be available throughout the evening.

Plenary Session & SPE Annual Business Luncheon Hynes Convention Center
11 a.m.--1:30 p.m. Attend the plenary session and learn more about Society of Plastics Engineers during the Annual Business Luncheon. President Karen Winkler (2004-2005) will preside and a complimentary box lunch will be provided.

Exhibition Ribbon Cutting Ceremony & Reception Hynes Convention Center
3 p.m.-6:30 p.m. This event marks the opening of the ANTEC Exhibition where you can meet with suppliers of the latest equipment, materials and machinery. Snacks will be furnished with compliments of SPE.

SPE Celebrates! Banquet Sheraton Boston Hotel
7 p.m.-Midnight Prepare to kick up your heels and celebrate the accomplishments of the plastics industry with your peers and colleagues! Cocktail hour will be followed by a sumptuous, complete dinner. This evening's festivities will recognize the significant contributions made to the industry.
Parties to be recognized include: SPE International and Achievement Award winners, newly elected Fellows and Honored Service Members and award winners in Membership, Education, Newsletter, PRIDE and STAR categories.
