PolyOne, Cleveland, OH, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire certain assets of Novatec Plastics, a compounding business owned by PVC Container, Eatontown, NJ. PolyOne will acquire Novatec's equipment, compounding recipes and customer list. Production will be transferred to PolyOne facilities over the next few months, after which the Novatec plant will close.
