Zeon Chemicals L.P., Louisville, KY, has entered into a plea agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice with respect to the DOJ's ongoing investigation into acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber. The company fully cooperated with the investigation and, under the terms of the agreement, will pay of fine of $10.5 million to resolve allegations that it engaged in anti-competitive activity in 2002.
