Digital Series tunnel type metal detectors are primarily intended for mounting on horizontal or inclined conveyor belts, to sense both ferrous and non-ferrous metals in plastic materials and/or products. Packaging has no effect on metal sensitivity. Various customized heights are available to suit various applications. Digital control is said to greatly increase sensitivity and allows for a wide range of product functions, according to the company. Digital product effect blanking out is said to ensure optimum metal recognition, even in wet products. Product effects are blanked out and compensated in an intelligent way (tracking), according to the company. Multi-channel technology is said to allow for optimum recognition of all metals.
