TM-411-A is a water-based lubricant/release agent said to have excellent lubricating properties for loading and unloading formed hose parts. It is currently being used on EPDM, NBR, ACM, FKM and silicone compounds. TM-411-A has been specifically developed for customers who apply the lubricant manually by dipping the green hose in the lubricant, then apply it onto the formed mandrel. TM-411-A is a water-based material, which is said to help with the washing, leaving the hose free of any residue or contaminates after washing. This environmentally friendly product was specifically designed to reduce pin build on both peroxide and sulfur cure systems. This product is said to have excellent lubricating properties.
