Hays To Integrate BP and Shell.(Hays Food Logistics)(Brief Article)

Hays Food Logistics have announced that plans are to be developed for an integrated logistics operation delivering non fuel shop products to both the Shell and BP service station networks. Currently Hays operate two separate distribution networks to supply non fuel shop goods to the respective Shell and BP convenience stores. Combining the two operations in to one will lead to enhanced operational efficiency without compromising the independence of either Shell or BP who will continue to operate and trade in full competition with each other and the rest of the market. Hays have encouraged the two companies to consider the possibility on environmental as well as operational grounds.
