Clover Corporation Ltd, the Australian healthcare and nutrition company, have announced that they have applied for their entire issued share capital and options to be admitted to the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange providing the Company with a dual listing in Sydney and London, reflecting the increasing importance of Europe as a market place for the group.
Clover manufactures and supplies edible oils into functional food ingredients for the nutritional supplement, food, and animal health industries. Clover's products include refined pharmaceutical grade tuna oil, the richest natural source of DHA, Evening Primrose Oil and Borage Oil.
