Tetra Pak Processing UK have supplied and installed a 5,0001/hr Tetra Plex C8 plate cooler designed to cool yoghurt and other value-added products at the Fengate Dairy of Nene Valley Foods in Peterborough. Nene Valley Foods supply fresh dairy-based ingredients such as cream, milk, creme fraiche and yoghurt to food manufacturers for use in such products as ready meals, soups and sauces, quiche, gateaux, chocolates and ice cream.
