Invensys APV has acquired OTTO Thermotech GmbH from the German OTTO Group. This newly acquired company is a supplier of heat exchange applications capable of operating at temperatures up to 900[degrees]C and pressures up to 100 bar for almost any gas or liquid for use in the chemical, power and gas industries.
"By extending APV's existing range of heat exchangers, this acquisition provides APV with a really exciting opportunity to supply customers in the industrial sector", says APV Marketing Manager, Stephen Dall. "The acquisition aligns with our strategy to increase our heat exchanger business and grow our reputation as the preferred supplier for almost every type of application anywhere in the world."
