Financial executives have important roles to play in ensuring that the next generation of financial managers will receive quality education. Beyond the passive activities of donating to schools or supporting alumni fund drives, financial executives can participate more actively in promoting quality education by sharing their planning skills and quality concepts with school administrations. Financial experts can also help improve the quality of teachers and students by becoming directly involved with them. This may be done by adopting a campus or a program or by adopting teachers to help them close the gap between the academe and the corporate world. Financial executives can help students by creating jobs from them.
