Since the adoption of the Commission's Revised Rules on Auditor Independence, the SEC staff is receiving numerous questions regarding implementation and interpretation. Since many are similar, they've begun listing frequently asked questions (FAQs) and are providing answers on the SEC's Web site, www.sec.gov.
