DiCarta, a provider of enterprise contract management solutions, has released diCarta Contracts 3.1, which provides new obligation management capabilities, enhanced controls and increased visibility for contract-intensive enterprises.
San Carlos, Calif.-based diCarta's latest release provides several features that reduce expensive risk and simplify management of large numbers of contracts:
